The Parenting Center is our hub of support and community for parents of infants and toddlers. By becoming a member, you gain access to our in-person, grown-up and me, Cooperative Preschool Program along with monthly Virtual Parent Coaching Sessions by our licensed clinical specialists in sleep, family psychology, feeding, communication, and motor skills. In addition, each member receives access to each specialists’ monthly Early Child Development Resource as well as our online Support Group.

Cooperative Preschool
A cooperative preschool, or “co-op,” is the primary class of our Parenting Center in Wilton, CT. Our young toddler program that allows children to get ready for preschool along with their parent or caregiver. In our co-op program, we give children a chance to learn with a preschool teacher, along with their grown-up, as we work through our Indy Lab weekly themes of each week and focus on socializing, playing and learning.
To join a Cooperative Preschool class, you can book as a drop-in or on a monthly basis.
A monthly membership also grants you access to our Parenting Center services.

PARENT-CHILD
ENRICHMENT PROGRAM
In our cooperative preschool program, children between the ages of 12 months to 28 months of age participate in a two-hour preschool program with a licensed Indy Lab preschool teacher. Each week, we will study a theme paired with a letter sound. Children will learn to act out the letter sound with their bodies through play; a modified Sound in Motion approach to building early phonemic awareness skills. Students will also experience circle time, story time, collaborative play and learn the weekly theme through sensory activities and process art projects. The focus of the curriculum for this age group is to let kids lead and expose them to a variety of toys, activities and friendships!
PLAYFUL LEARNING
Our Co-Op program is child-led, but generally follows our preschool’s schedule with a more flexible routine to allow the group to flow and decide what we are all interested in as a community. By allowing children to lead in this way, we encourage them to foster their own independence and engage in a wider range of experiences.
CHOOSE YOUR DAYS
Members can choose to attend Co-Op either two days, three days or four days. Book the days you prefer to attend in your member area space. The program runs from 9:00am - 11:00am, Monday- Friday.
Missed classes can be made up the following week, but they are subject to availability. Refunds are not given for missed sessions.

ACCESS TO VIRTUAL COACHING
All members of our Parenting Center gain access to monthly virtual coaching sessions by each of our licensed clinical specialists. Each specialist in our Parenting Center hosts their own monthly virtual call with members to answer their questions. TUITION
The Cooperative Preschool Bronze option includes a 2-hour "mini preschool" class that you can elect to attend up to two days per week. Select any two days of your choice. If we are full in capacity, we will e-mail you to select another date. There are no make-up classes or refunds for missed sessions.
